EXCHANGE POLICY

Return parcels are required to reach us within 14 days after arrival of package to destination. 

We ask that items are returned in pristine conditions - label tag attached, unworn, unwashed and undemaged.

Please note that : 

  • All exchanges MUST be accompained by an unboxing video. 
    Failure in doing so will result in a rejection for the exchange request
  • Exhanges can only be made for the same style, in a different color or size and is subject to availability.
  • As we do not accept store credit, all exchanges must be completed immediately. 
    Should the desired exchange item run out of stock, you must exchange it with other available items from the store.
  • Delivery fees to send the package back to destination will be borne by the customer.

how to make an exchange : 

  • Contact us through Whatsapp at +62 822-858-195-68.
    To process your request quicker, include your unboxing video.
  • When an agreed solution is reached, you can pack up your items with a return note. 
  • On the return note, you must indicate the size and colour that you prefer as well as your personal details. 
    This includes your name, your contact number and the receiving address for the exchange. 
You can expect your exchange parcel to be processed within 5-7 working days after we have received the return.


DEFECTS

Sometimes, some things just don't go the way we plan. If your order is damaged or has a defect upon arrival, please contact us through our Whatsapp at +62 812 7394 6962 or email us at contact.orostore@gmail.com


If you want to return defect products, please include:

Unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the defects of the received item), failure to do so will result in rejection for an exchange request.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and must have the tags attached.
Must be mailed within 7 days from the arrival of the package to destination
